The file
Every claim is one file you can read
We keep it in plain language, and you can ask to see it at any step.
The file holds the notices we sent, the records we asked for, each bill and what it is for, and a running note of what we did and why. You get a summary whenever something changes.
What is in it
Notices and letters, as sent
Records requested and received
Bills, liens and what is owed
A dated note of every step

Steps
Seven steps, in order
- 01
Step 1: A call or a note
Tell us what happened and where. We say whether we can help and who would take it.
- 02
Step 2: A meeting about the claim
At any office, at home or by phone. You bring what you have, and we explain the fee in writing.
- 03
Step 3: Notice and records
Letters go out in the first week, so nothing important is erased.
- 04
Step 4: Treatment and tracking
You focus on recovering. We keep the bills, the liens and the missed work on one sheet.
- 05
Step 5: The written demand
When your doctors can say where you stand, we send a demand built from the file.
- 06
Step 6: Filing, if needed
If a fair offer does not come, we file in court and prepare for trial.
- 07
Step 7: Resolution and payment
We explain the offer, you decide, and we go through every deduction before anything is paid.
Fees
Fees, costs and timing
We take injury claims on contingency, which means no attorney's fee unless we recover money for you. The fee is a percentage of the recovery, set out in a written agreement you read before you sign.
Case costs are separate from the fee. They are things like records, filing fees and expert reports. Your written agreement says whether you would owe them if the claim does not recover, and we go through that with you at the first meeting.
There is no charge to call, and no obligation after the first meeting.
Questions
Questions mid-claim
How long until a claim resolves?
It depends on your recovery and on the other side. We do not send a demand until your doctors can describe where you stand, which can take months.
Do I have to pay anything now?
Not to start. Read the fee section above for how the fee and case costs work.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. Until you sign the agreement you owe us nothing, and the agreement explains what happens if you end it later.
