Three lawyers, three desks

Each of us takes the first call at our own office and the kinds of claim listed below.

  • Lucien Mouton, a partner, in a brown suit with his arms crossed against a pale blue backdrop

  • Vivienne Trahan, a partner, in a gray plaid blazer and black-rimmed glasses, leaning on a black table

    Vivienne Trahan

    Partner, Beaumont office

  • Khoi Duong, a lawyer in a navy suit and glasses, seated on a wooden stool against a white backdrop

    Khoi Duong

    Senior associate, Port Arthur office

Harbor, dock and cruise injuries, and claims for fishing crews. Speaks English and Vietnamese.

One file

How a claim moves between offices

A claim has one lawyer in charge and one file. If you start in Galveston and your crash happened near Beaumont, the Beaumont lawyer reads the same file, not a summary of it.

You never have to repeat your story. Each note, record and bill goes into the file once, and every lawyer on the claim can see it.

You can meet at whichever office is closest, or by phone while you are recovering.
